Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and dispatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.
We deliver within the mainland UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3 working days.
We deliver worldwide. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 14 working days.
The delivery costs for the UK are as follows:
Mainland: £8.00 per parcel
Rest of UK: £15.00 per parcel (including Scottish Highlands and Islands)
Republic of Ireland £30.00 per parcel
The delivery costs for worldwide will vary contact us for details.

Returns or Exchange
If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us for an exchange or refund before returning the item. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. They must be returned in original and resalable condition.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
